Had a very pleasant experience at this property during my recent trip. I found the room and grounds very clean and comfortable, was able to cook with all amenities supplied including spa and sauna. A perfect location being near beach, hwy and minutes to broadbeach, surfers and other attractions. Nice park behind and managers very  helpful  and definitely recommend this property.

Mermaid Beach Park View was everything we needed for a great holiday. Lovely setting, quiet but still close enough to all the hype & the beach, transport, shopping, & restaurants. Very clean & comfortable & managers , Terry & Tricia, were friendly & super helpful.

Mermaid Beach Park View was so handy to all the main attractions on that part of the Gold Coast. Pacific Fair and the Broadbeach shopping centre, Mermaid beach and Jupiter’s Casino were all within easy walking distance. The managers of the apartments went out of their way to ensure that our stay was one we would remember for ever. We intend to return to the Gold Coast sometime in 2010 and will certainly stay at the Mermaid Beach Park View again.

We had a great time here. The service was friendly and reliable and the amenities were all great. The place was quiet and well placed close to beach and shops, etc.. Our young son really enjoyed the pool/sauna/spa and wants us to go back - which I am sure we will.

We were made to feel very welcome. The staff at Mermaid Beach Park View were extremely helpful. Everything you needed was in the room. Will definitely be staying there next time. Gets an A++++ rating from us.
