Standard Occupancy:

1 Bedroom Apartment = 2 persons
2 Bedroom Apartment = 4 persons

2 extra persons can be accommodated on a double sofa bed in the lounge. Extra person charges apply to the use of the sofa bed.

Children under 2 are free except when requiring any additional bedding.

Arrival and Departure:

Check in time 2:00 pm
Check out time 10:00am

Apartment Servicing:

Apartments are self serviced and all linen is provided on arrival or every 7 days. A surcharge applies for additional linen.

Deposits and Payments:

A deposit of $100 is required at the time of making the booking (unless otherwise arranged with management). This is to secure the booking. Upon payment a confirmation letter is sent confirming the booked accommodation. In instances where the accommodation bill exceeds $1000 a higher deposit may be required.

Cancellations:

High Season - If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the original date of arrival a full refund of monies paid, less an administration fee of A$30.00 applies. If cancellation occurs less than 28 days prior to the original date of arrival  including no-shows a fee of 5 nights accommodation applies.

Mid and Low Season - If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the original date of arrival a full refund of monies paid, less an administration fee of A$30.00 applies. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the original date of arrival including no-shows, a fee of 2 nights accommodation applies.

No part refunds are made for early departure.

All refunds are at discretion of management.

Baby Equipment:

Cot and high chair rental is available and must be pre-booked in advance.

Transfers, Rentals & Reservations:

Our reservations desk can pre-book your airport transfers, car rental and bookings to theme parks, tours and entertainment.

Schoolies Festival:

Mermaid Beach Park View does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual "Schoolies Festival". In particular, we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period between mid November to early December.
